Governance Of The Organisation
GODPAUL Foundation is run by a seven-member Board of Directors by statute. The Board and its Chairperson are responsible for directing, managing, and promoting the Foundation’s activities and all other related aspects.

Educational Leadership
The Head teacher will be the Incharge and head of St. Anthony Secondary School” He/she will be a professional teacher, appointed by the Board of Directors and is responsible for directing, managing and promoting the provision of quality education service and all other related school activities.

Healthcare Leadership
The Medical Director will be the Health Facility Incharge and the head of Ebenezer Medical Centre. He/she will be a medical doctor by profession, appointed by the Board of Directors, and is responsible for directing, managing, and promoting the provision of quality health services and all other related aspects.
